30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We want you to start your wellness journey with Myofera with peace of mind. Not satisfied with your purchase? You can make use of our 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened and unused, and in the same condition as when received
  • Be in its original, sealed packaging
  • Be accompanied by a proof of purchase or receipt

Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the return address.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@myofera.store so we can resolve the issue quickly — for example through a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements
  • Personal care or wellness products whose seal has been broken
  • Gift cards or items marked as Final Sale

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

European Union – 90-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, a 90-day right of withdrawal applies. This means you can cancel or return your order within 90 days without giving a reason.

The item must be unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.

Exchanges

When an exchange is processed instead of a refund, the right to reimbursement of the purchase amount is forfeited.
