30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and well supported during your wellness journey with Myofera. Because this is an edible product, we do not accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a refund arrangement within 30 days of delivery of your order.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@myofera.store within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief explanation.
The following conditions apply for a refund:
- The product must be unopened
- The original seal must not be broken
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
We may ask for additional information or photos to assess your request.
Important to Know
- Returns of opened or used supplements will not be accepted.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a promotion are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Is your order damaged, incomplete, or did you receive the wrong product? Contact us immediately at info@myofera.store.
We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible — for example through a replacement product or a full refund.
Exceptions
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot provide a refund for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products whose seal has been broken
- Personalized or promotional items

Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email notification.
If approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies may apply additional processing time.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to receive a different product, you can (if eligible) request a refund and place a new order.
